GDP@Thermo King Transport cooling

GDP@Thermo King Transport cooling

Every service a transport cooling machine receives should be validated by a test at the end of the service to make sure it complies with the expectations of the customer.

With the AntTail solution this test not only proves the work has been completed correctly but it also checks and validates the temperature monitoring solution that is built-in the truck or trailer.

The end result is an asset that has proven to comply with the regulations and expectations of the customer

GDP compliance

For the pharma industry compliance and quality is paramount. The calibrated and validated AntTail temperature sensors are used to make sure the built-in temperature monitoring solution is with the legal limit of ±0.5C. This fact is accomplished by attaching the probe of the AntTail sensor to the probe of the internal temperature monitoring system.

Running a test

After the clock of the built-in temperature monitoring system is set correctly the test can start. The AntTail validation system samples every minute and stores all the information in the AntCloud. The test of the equipment can check 1, 2 or 3 setpoints.

AntCloud

In the AntCloud the setpoints are stored with the start- and end time of the test. The temperatures of the built-in monitoring system will be compared to the AntTail values to find a match.

Imports

Some built-in monitoring systems can generate an csv output that can be imported in the AntCloud. The system will then automatically find a match, if there is any.

Import formats now supported: CargoWatch, DAS, DataCold, TouchPrint and Carrier.

Report

The validation report is available in Dutch and English.
